Graduate and Internship Opportunities
The ICA Partners Graduate and Internship Programs target passionate, hard-working individuals looking to pursue a career in corporate advisory and project financing. ICA Partners has a strong history of employing exceptional minds through our student programs.
Successful candidates can expect to be working alongside staff at all levels to help deliver client outcomes, with exposure to live transactions under various coverage areas including infrastructure, transport and utilities, renewable energy, and government sectors.

Now open: 2026/27 Summer Internship applications
This program targets talented penultimate year students interested in a career within the banking and corporate advisory sector.
The internship will last for approximately 8 – 10 weeks, commencing in late November, with students being placed in a generalist role with the flexibility to work under various coverage areas as is required by the business.
Eligibility:
- University students in their penultimate year of study
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
Requirements:
- Cover letter (no longer than 1 page)
- Resume (no longer than 2 pages) including WAM and ATAR (or equivalents)
