William joined ICA Partners in 2023 and is an experienced infrastructure advisor to the private and public sector on M&A, project finance and procurement processes.

Prior to joining ICA, William was a Senior Analyst in the Infrastructure and Capital Projects team at Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Management (Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
